By creating a DuWorks workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. DuWorks is operated by Aoomle Technologies Limited (RC 9560530), Abuja, Nigeria.
DuWorks provides business tools including DuChat (embeddable customer-support chat). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You're responsible for your account credentials and the activity of agents in your workspace. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Don't use DuWorks to send spam, harass, distribute malware, infringe rights, or violate law. Don't abuse the service to overload or probe our infrastructure. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
Plans include monthly limits (agents, conversations, and metered features). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, through third-party payment providers identified at checkout (currently Flutterwave). Exceeding limits may pause new conversations or premium features until you upgrade.
You retain ownership of your conversations and data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). Where we process personal data of your visitors on your behalf, you are the data controller: you confirm you have a lawful basis to collect that data, provide your own privacy notice to your visitors, and are responsible for responding to their data requests. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless agreed separately in writing.
You may stop using DuWorks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination you may export your data, and workspace data is deleted within 60 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons. Deleted data also ages out of infrastructure backups on providers' standard cycles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
