By creating a DuWorks workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. DuWorks is operated by [Your Company Legal Name].
DuWorks provides business tools including DuChat (embeddable customer-support chat). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You're responsible for your account credentials and the activity of agents in your workspace. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Don't use DuWorks to send spam, harass, distribute malware, infringe rights, or violate law. Don't abuse the service to overload or probe our infrastructure. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
Plans include monthly limits (agents, conversations, and metered features). Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Exceeding limits may pause new conversations or premium features until you upgrade.
You retain ownership of your conversations and data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless agreed separately in writing.
You may stop using DuWorks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
