Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy applies to every DuWorks product, including DuChat (customer-support chat) and DuMail (business email hosting, currently in limited preview ahead of general availability). DuWorks is operated by Aoomle Technologies Limited. Using DuWorks means you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. No spam or unsolicited email

DuMail is for normal, user-initiated business communication — messages to your own customers, colleagues, vendors, and business contacts. You must not use DuWorks to send unsolicited bulk email, cold-outreach campaigns, chain letters, or any message the recipient did not reasonably expect to receive.

2. No purchased or scraped recipient lists

Sending to purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party recipient lists is prohibited. Every recipient must have a direct business relationship with you or have asked to hear from you.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use DuWorks to:

— send phishing messages, malware, or deceptive content, or impersonate another person or organization;
— send content that is illegal, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
— harass, threaten, or abuse any person;
— forge message headers, sender identities, or domains you do not control;
— probe, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers' use of it.

4. Sending controls we enforce

Only authenticated users can send email, and only from domains their organization has verified (DNS ownership, SPF, and DKIM). Sending is rate-limited per mailbox, per organization, and platform-wide. Recipients whose messages hard-bounce or who mark mail as spam are automatically suppressed from further sending. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may suspend a mailbox, domain, or organization that degrades deliverability or violates this policy — with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Compliance with anti-spam law

You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, and equivalent local law), including honouring opt-out requests promptly.

6. Reporting abuse

To report spam, phishing, or any abuse originating from a DuWorks or DuMail customer, email abuse@duworks.xyz with the full message headers if possible. We review every report and act on confirmed abuse.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in throttled sending, suspension of outbound email, or termination of the workspace, at our discretion. Where required, we will also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
